Whe we arrived the Super 8 employee at the desk was on the phone with a customer. It was obvious the customer was unhappy about a charge they received for their room. The Super 8 employee could not have been more professional, The customer was not happy, but the Super 8 employee was calm and very polite, never raising her voice. The conversation lasted about 10 minutes, but the Super 8 employee let the customer voice her concern.

We've stayed at this Super 8 several times in the past. They always had a small, but substantial breakfast. This time, the breakfast was a joke. In my opinion, if this is what they offer for breakfast they should not include it at all in there ad.

It was nice enough with a nice vibe/atmosphere. The tv was a nice size and the mirror in the bathroom was beautiful!

The bed and pillows were WAY too squishy. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The tub was dirty, the shower had mold around the top and a crack in the shower wall. The hotel website and booking.com both say a continental breakfast, as well as a sign in the rooms but when you go up for it, there is a sign saying they no longer offer it, however you can see the front desk for a muffin and orange juice. (They didnt have orange juice when I went)
