The location is amazing

The price is a little higher than I was expecting

There was no elevator, the room was old and felt dirty. The breakfast was a complete joke.

The rooms were cleanly, you get what you pay for. I've stayed at crappier places for the same price, so it was nice for the price range. One staff member was a little rude when stressed, but nicer later. There was a whole ordeal with the neighbors and the cops getting called. There was houseless outside begging for things as we went in. But, all in all pretty expected based on the location.

Advertised amenities were not accurate. There was no alarm clock. There was also no breakfast as advertised as complimentary, which I paid for. I was also charged the wrong price from what I agreed to pay! I was charged for the refundable booking by both Booking. Com AND at the location. I want partial refund, I didn't get what I paid for— and I was also over charged Also, it didn't say on listing that there is no elevator. It didn't advertise an elevator, but most places don't because it is the norm— this place didn't have one, apparently. My partner is disabled and we were placed on the top floor. I would have booked differently if I had known.

Location is everything for me so it's perfect
