Located about 15 min from the Canadian border crossing and close by to retail and food. Smooth check in. Room itself was on the smaller side but worked for me. Bed was comfy, pillows/bedding nice. AC worked well. WiFi was speedy. TV was a Roku TV but you couldn't cast anything to it or use it as a SMART TV as they don't have it on the internet. Shower had good pressure, nice hot water, but a very worn out handle. No noise issues. No annoying knock on my door before checkout. Smooth checkout. One of the better Super 8 stays I've had. I wish more of the chains properties were like this.

This hotel is very clean inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager VJ goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. Free and convenient parking. Small, but adequate included breakfast. We felt very safe and reassured while staying at this Super 8 hotel in Massena NY
