We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our check-in was flawless. The manager on duty, was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. She gave us room 201, nice room. A couple minor things that could be addressed, one is the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, "stinky,pew, no where to go.". Lol. And the steam from the shower made the room a bit humid. The walls had condensation running down them. That will become a mold issue. NONE now, but..... Second thing is the curtains in the room. I ended up using the bed cover to put up over the window because it was extremely bright, they didn't completely cover the width of the window, leaving your room partially exposed at the end of the curtains. The property is a litte dated, but highly maintained. Fresh paint, clean halls. The non-smoking King Bedroom was clean and tidy. The recliner was New and comfortable. No major complaints, overall my stay would be a 4.5/5. I would recommend this place. We will return! Thank you for the pleasant stay! See you soon.

"Friendly, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price"

Comfortable room at a good price. On the edge of the village center, conveniently located across the (albeit busy) road from a strip mall, easy walking distance to two full service chain pharmacies. Ample free parking, grab'n' go mini-breakfast offerings, free coffee and tea all the time. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in room. Full size bathtub/shower with shower bench in well-lit bathroom. Recliner chair for relaxing and watching TV. Desk and counter space. Luggage rack. Small closet with quality hangers. Hair dryer. Friendly staff. Points awarded for Wyndham's hotel loyalty program. The only things bad I can say are that this hotel reportedly does not Recycle (despite containers indicating otherwise) and Super 8 hotels are not pet friendly. But, if you are traveling without furry family, this is a good choice. The front desk and housekeeping staff are great.

"Massena Super 8 worth the stay!"

This was my first time staying here and I was very pleased. The room was spotless and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was not fancy but it was nice. Just enough to start my day. I will stay here in the future when I am in the area. The evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Good location with stores and restaurants within walking distance.
