Best value for money accomm I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t think you can possibly be dissatisfied with this. 1. The host Giovanni is an absolute gentleman with amazing local knowledge. He is also highly responsive 2. Check in very simple and stress-free 3. The free breakfast is fantastic and the staff who run it are absolutely lovely 4. Communal kitchen area very pleasant and useful 5. The rooms are absolutely spotless with nice high ceilings 6. Bathrooms very clean and comfortable, proper and well sized showers with good water temp + pressure 7. Windows with fly screens (not as common in Italy as it should be) and lock out light options 8. High quality towels and soaps provided 9. Location is perfect - only a short walk from the station, but not so close that you’re in a noise or high traffic area. Still only a short walk to many great food options. 11/10. Cannot imagine how you will regret your choice here.

Gutes Frühstück, gemütlich im Hof unter dem Sonnenschirm. Angenehmes Gespräch mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber, war auch informativ für den bloß eintägigen Aufenthalt in Reggio.

Posizione centrale - zona molto tranquilla

Good location and good bathroom, breakfast could be better but still good.

The mattress on the single bed was quite uncomfortable.

- Very nice place in central part of Reggio Calabria, near to main street and rail station, - very nice staff - very good contact with owner - you will find there everything what you need, for example hair dryer:) - comfortable beds
