1. No security at night to remove weed smokers/dealers from in front of the rooms 2. Weed smoke in the room. 3. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, lots of stains were present. 4. No refund received when we complained to the staff about it saying that only the manager can process the refunds. 5. No response when calling them

Friendly staff, clean property and a lot of parking space. Room was comfortable and spacious. Definitely staying here everytime I come to LA

I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was to my satisfaction.

The one thing I did not like was due to the location. There were a handful of loud emergency service driving by. I turned up the fan to lessen the noise. Also, some low rent guest was sitting in his truck around midnight blasting his music... if one can call it that. I guess that is not the property's fault. I hope they charge such people for inconveniencing other responsible guest.
