Convenient, good value - great location

There was a constant loud noise from a room in the vicinity- sounded like either TV or perhaps the "clock radio" in each room. I called the front desk @0100 they couldn't locate the source of the noise....SLEEPLESS NIGHT:(:(:(

I am a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member and I used points to stay two nights in April. I paid to park my car in between my two stays. They charged me $40 which I disputed with them and they changed it to $30. I was then charged a total of $70 instead of taking off the $40 they left it and added $30. I've called twice to get it corrected which they agreed to do. Now I am having to dispute it through my Marriott credit card because they haven't fixed it a week later. Not to mention the lack of customer service I experienced when I checked in my second night late who was too busy watching a show on her laptop to pay attention to customers.

Just was a good stay. Nice room

Check in was easy and quick which was needed after driving 14 hours!! We had a pet dog and service dog with us and she made sure we knew the quickest way to our room and where the stairs were located. The area outside has grass and seemed clean. Dog bags were provided for waste and the waste can had been emptied recently. The room seemed new, and everything was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. We ran downstairs to buy water from the hotel convenience area and we were able to charge it directly to our room. I wish we could stay here for more than a night.

Clean room. Breakfast is good.

The satellite for the tv wouldn’t work and the person at the front desk didn’t have a clue what to do the then move rooms and we been on the road for hours and just laid down wasn’t about to pack all back up and move
