"Nice place for short trip."

Great place for a short business trip. Cool bar in the lobby. Walkable restaurants and lots of options within a short drive. Convenient location to the interstate. In room decor is very nice

"I have been using Aloft for a long time, but Aloft Cincinnati let me down big time"

Overall the property was clean not until we got to the room there was a necklace pendant/ eye ring. In the morning we tried taking a shower no shower gel in the bathroom.

I lodged a complaint at the facility they told me to contact the 3rd party who I used booking their facility.

Staffer was friendly and expeditious with the check-in process. Hotel lobby permeated a fresh scent but was filthy. Numerous kids playing in a soccer may have contributed to it. The room was modern, clean and bed comfortable.
