Excellent and friendly with a great breakfast. Also they had a safe and secure location for our bicycles.

That it’s clean, rooms are new. They are friendly with kids. There is 2 nice restaurants in the village. Everything you need for a stopover

Very friendly and kind. Designed with lots of love for details. Just a view minutes by bike from Tolmezzo center, quiet little village, restaurant nearby. Awesome tastes and quality at the breakfast table. Perfect location for motorcyclists and road bicycle enthusiasts.

This is a quirky little place in a beautiful village. It was easy to find and within walking distance of a very good bar/restaurant. The room was good and clean The bathroom was a little dated but clean and the shower was good and hot. The breakfast was all local produce and excellent.

Parking is outside on the street so not secure. We were on motorbikes. The last few km we’re up a very interesting road which might have been a bit challenging at the end of a long days ride

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and very good breakfast.

The loud church bell just across the street was a bit annoying, but you get used to it quite fast.

Lovely house and owner and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.

We had a room with disabled facilities, which we didn't actually need, but that was our error!
