We had an amazing stay, we were very generously upgraded when we arrived when we told them we were away for our anniversary. The room was beautiful and incredibly spacious with an amazing outdoor terrace - the bed was so comfortable! All the team working at Shangri-La were so warm, kind and helpful - they made our stay extra special. Thank you for a great stay!
