Beautiful tasteful decor, bed very comfortable and a view from the terrace to die for. Host the most friendly and welcoming.

Could do with more comfortable sitting options inside the room.

It was the worst experience ever!! We arrived before 8p.m..this town. But it was impossible to find this b&b. Because there is no sign. We lost.There is narrow road and one way. They didn't even come near to pick us up.The b&b owner left customer. They closed every doors and gate. Also turned off the lights. I asked them that can you help our a lot of luggage?It takes just few minutes.But they told us "NO!!"They left us and went back home.We carried it up and down three times. We were sweating like a pig.Because there were 5 floors. And we asked that again when we left there .The owner told us "NO!! I have to go pick up my son. " We were like "How about your wife?"He told "my wife can't carry heavy laggage. "They were not kind people. We heard big club music restaurant in the back until midnight.We could not sleep.

This is an incredible place not to miss. Fabrizio, as an architect, has done an amazing work renovating and refurbishing the last floor of the Palazzo. Rooms are beautiful and spacious as well as the common areas, mixing traditional craft with contemporary art. If you rent the two bedrooms, you will be alone to enjoy also the great jacuzzi on the terrace (and the whole apartment which is huge). The view over the city and the nearby duomo is also amazing. Fabrizio speaks mostly Italian and if you do you will get the most of the experience as he knows a lot about the history and the contemporary situation of Caltagirone and, more broadly, cultural expertises throughout Sicily.

I loved the apartment and the beautiful terrace. I was with my boyfriend and we felt at home. The atmosphere was perfect and the center location of the apartment. Fabrizio was a wonderful host who made our stay easy and comfortable. He helped us with his recommendations and support our requests. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable stay :)
