Lovely property. Our room cleaner wasn’t the best. Some days the linen was not changed and after three days she final wash the dishes. I had to addressed her about it.

ESNo nonsense business hotel. Good location. HUGE rooms. Complicated access to the elevator from the street or mall; it’s somewhat hidden and then in the elevator itself, the Lobby floor was a bit of a mystery or guessing game.
Panama was great! My mother and I stayed in downtown Panama, which is a great area to stay due to the scenery and convenience. I look forward to going back. The residence in. Is nice, and the food options are average, but the customer service is wonderful.
Great reception service , vie pool
I love the art and the layout of the hotel. The staff were also warm and accomodating. Breakfast despite there being no bacon was wonderful as it featured Panamanian cuisine along with traditional items. The location was great for heading out in any direction as well as access to the mall and ALL it offers from dining to shopping, banking, groceries you name it its there. The parking was also a great relief and convenient.
PRClean, well maintained , staff extremely caring. Ana Canto at the restaurant saw that my husband had a cold and kindly offered him a special tea to help him feel better. Pierre at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
