Nice area. Very polite housekeeping worker's.Pool and hot tub awesome.

My hot water stopped working on the last day. I was charged $375 for the deposit when it only stated deposit $150.

"Outstanding Care & Experience with the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek"

We held a family reunion/birthday celebration with over 100 attendees over a three day span. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property is excellent, the staff is wonderful, rooms are modern. Everything was clean and orderly. Service was great! The food was delicious. A special thanks to Barry Rubin who worked with us a year in advance to pull off an amazing three days! We highly recommend this property!
