This is an excellent place to stay! The staff is extremely welcoming. The entire hotel is clean and smells great! The rooms have all the accommodations one can need. The bar is exceptional and has a great variety of whiskeys. 10/10

When I scheduled the stay, I was offered an option to prepay for breakfast. This seemed convenient so i chose to do so. However when we arrived at the hotel to check in at 9:30 at night, we were handed a voucher to ise for room service and told that it had to be used in the next 30 minutes as the kitchen was closing. I informed them that I purchased the prepaid breakfast and was told that it could not be ised on the day of checkout. So for a 1 night stay, i was robbed of my prepaid breakfast. I will be requesting a refund. Aside from that the hotel was nice. But I feel like they scammed me so I will not be returning.

Fantastic stay at The Otis. Such an ideal location in downtown right by the university campus. The rooftop bar has quite a view and delicious cocktails. The restaurant at the hotel - Acre 41 - is a must visit. All of the dishes ordered by our party were excellent. We booked a King room with a view, which is recommended. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was fantastic.. the rooms, the bar the food all great.. I loved the record player in the rooms.. has a great vibe

Unfortunately the hotel not only took a holding charge (which I expected) but then proceeded to do it 4 more times.. accumulating to $28,000 USD on my debit card. This remained like this for 10 days post my trip- as a single mum.. can you imagine the financial impact that had on me? What was the response from the manager at the hotel ?? “Here is 80,000 loyalty points”.. hardly enough for one night stay! This doesn’t not even scratch the surface on “making good” with me. There was no explanation to the extra 4 transaction holds.. very very disappointing… and I will not be recommending the Otis to anyone…
