Ambiente acolhedor. O apartamento é muito agradável e confortável. Me senti como se estivesse em casa. A localização é perfeita. A limpeza é impecável. Também, a nossa anfitriã, Cinzia, foi muito prestativa e gentil. Recomendo.

A água do chuveiro esfria rápido, de tal forma que a próxima pessoa tem que esperar um pouco para tomar um banho quentinho. Outro ponto é o sinal do Wi-fi. Mas são detalhes que não afetam a satisfação de se sentir em casa.

Stayed for 5 days here. Right in the center of the old town on the corner of a lovely magnolia lined square, location is incredible. We stayed in the Violet suite but there are two others also. It’s a loft apartment with the bedroom accessed by stairs as the ceiling is vaulted but we had no issues sleeping or with external noise. The apartment is newly furnished & bright, sitting room overlooking the square and has a separate kitchen & small but modern bathroom with a good shower. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days. Cinzia can arrange an airport taxi, which was super as we arrived late evening and she is quick to respond to any questions. We had a few issues at the start of our stay and it’s the sign of a well run business & Cinzia’s proactiveness to get these resolved with as little inconvenience as possible to us. She’s a real problem solver which is what you need when you’re on holiday!

whatsapp response and service was perfect. Around the corner is the supermarket as well as the bakery. Overall perfect location in the middle of the center, traffic is very low and noise no issue (you only hear the cleaning car in the mornings, and the locals chatting in the Parc when windows are open) we really enjoyed the stay in the luxury apartment.

Ideal apartment for 2 people with everything you need and located in the centre of Brindisi, close to all restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking nearby and easy walking distance to the train station. The hosts keep in touch and anything you need you can just ask.

Nothing we didn't like absolutely ideal for a week away

Unser Aufenthalt in Cinzia's Appartment war sehr schön. Dieses liegt sehr zentral in einem richtigen kleinen Palazzo, mit hohen Türen und Fenstern sowie einer historischen Decke. Alles ist sehr liebevoll restauriert. Die Fenster gehen auf einen Platz raus, der vor allem in der morgendlichen Ruhe sehr malerisch ist. Corso Roma ist von Palmen gesäumt und führt direkt zur Promenade. Ich wurde herzlich von Alessandro begrüßt. Es hat alles gepasst, die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine ist bei einer längeren Reise, wie in unserem Fall, Gold wert! Parken direkt vor der Tür ist schwierig, aber vom öffentlichen, großen und kostenlosen Parkplatz läuft man maximal 10 min. Brindisi selbst ist gemütlich, gute Basis für diverse Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit Cinzia war immer persönlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. On top: Bei der Abreise vergaß ich in der Wohnung eine Kleinigkeit, die aber von nostalgischem Wert für mich ist. Cinzia hat sofort auf meine Bitte reagiert und die Zusendung veranlasst.

Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge gibt es ja immer ;). Z.B. hat mir als Frau eine praktische Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit im Bad gefehlt - es gab nur den (sehr schönen) Waschtisch, und das Hin- und Herräumen der kosmetischen Utensilien war etwas mühsam. Ein kleiner Wandschrank wäre echt super, vor allem, Platz gibt es genug. Auch in der Dusche selbst fehlt eine Abstellfläche für Shampoo etc., ist aber leider oft in Ferienwohnungen so. Die eine Hälfte des Bettes war extrem hart, die andere war gut. Und der wichtigste Punkt: die Balkone sind leider nicht nutzbar. Sie sind zwar klein, könnten aber bei schönem Wetter zum Frühstücken zu zweit sehr reizvoll sein und den Aufenthalt noch zusätzlich aufwerten. Vielleicht werden sie aber zum Sommer noch hergerichtet?
