"great location, average hotel."

fantastic location. they upgraded our room with lake view. they are super dog friendly, brought our dog food bowls and blanket! majority of the staff is friendly. Dinner was delicious and dinner staff were super nice and friendly !

Not clean! Pool was not clean. Sauna showers were broken. Breakfast had almost nothing vegan, the coffee machine was dirty, including the breakfast plates - all dirty! the staff at the breakfast buffet was not happy or friendly. when I asked for clean plates, I got a whole attitude! + Massage sessions were fully booked - and there is no online booking - so you have to call and make a reservation before even you arrive.

"Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub."

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Genau das richtige für uns. Die Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Frühstück war hervorragend. Alles was man sich wünscht.

Hatten Halbpension gebucht. Die Qualität lässt noch Luft nach oben. Heißt nicht das es ungenießbar war. Die Zimmer für Gäste mit Hunden haben nicht wirklich einen schönen Ausblick. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze sind für die Größe des Hotels zu wenige.

Einfach alles , das Hotel , der See, so viele Wanderungen was man machen kann, Eldorado!

Im Hotel zum Essen , das Personal war ein bißchen überfordert, hätte 2,3 Weingläser mehr getrunken, auch die anderen Gäste ,was ich so gesehen hab.Sind danach an die Bar. ABER die Jungs haben ihr bestes gegeben, zu wenig Personal, leider.

"Hotel Never Answers the Phone"

I've been trying to get through to the hotel by the phone for four days without success. Calls ring then route to Marriott reservations who says they can't get anyone at the property to answer either. The restaurant picked up and promised to have someone from the hotel call back. They haven't. Emails have likewise failed to elicit a response.

Es ist einfach wunderschön in diesem Hotel. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort.

Der Schwimmbadbereich könnte etwas öfter gereinigt werden. Es hatte abends einen leichten Geruch.
