Hampton Inn Cedar Falls Downtown, Ia

We loved it!

Room was adequate - only thing I didn’t like was the barn door on the bathroom door. I’ll never understand this design decision for hotel bathrooms. Pool was on the small side- even for a hotel, no hot tub. Area around the pool was also small, not a lot of room to avoid the splashing kids. Area was nice, lots of restaurants and bars, so location was great. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Close to downtown Thermostat didn’t work and sink cracked in my room. Hole in wall of my friend’s room

I loved the location, staff, and cleanliness. The convenience of the parking, and the spacious room.

The price point seemed high for a small town in Iowa. The beds were a bit hard, and I would love if you added a magnifying makeup mirror.

Curtain had a stain, box spring had a stain, it can get loud if you have a room facing downtown. Overall it was ok. All the staff, however, were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The location was great as well.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located near social district and easily walkable to bars and restaurants and the river. I noticed several areas of ceiling water damage and other more worn looking/missing wallpaper in the hotel however our room was clean and bathroom/shower nice. Pillows could be much better though and didn’t appreciate the required $15 fee for parking when they didn’t even ask if we had a car.

Room was very dirty. Spots all over the room floor. Curtain was broke and pulled off of wall.
