Could hear tv and voices from other rooms. Tv in the room was very high on the wall, had lots of black marks. The locks seemed dodgy and difficult to unlock at times

It felt safe and I slept very well.

The key boxes were so secure they would not open.

Owner was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious

Parking was a little cramped

The cottage is in severe need of updating. There's a kettle but the sink is so small, you can't fit the kettle under the tap to actually use it. The walls are extremely thin and the TV in the room next door is right where the head of the bed is in yours. Even at a low volume level, you hear every single word.

there was no breakfast - which to be fair wasn't made clear. £90 is about right for b&b - but £90 room only is a little steep. Nice friendly people and ultimately it was fine.
