A Village Bed and Breakfast

Charming, very well equipped, comfortable, very clean, good location, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to mass transit, great value for the money, wonderful healthy breakfast. Claudia, the owner/host, is delightful and very professional. Only "negative", is the two long sets of stairs to climb to reach our unit, which was on the third floor. We knew this in advance, so no complaints. Just want to be sure that anyone who has less than great knees will want to take this into consideration. We'd stay here again with no hesitation!

We liked everything. I will warn you that our lovely unit was in the third floor, so you’ll have to climb two sets of stairs to access it. So, take that into consideration if your knees aren’t the best.

Beautiful old house and cozy company.

We stayed in the queen suite on 3rd floor and it was lovely. Clean and had everything we could need. Appreciated little touches such as pitcher of water on the dresser. Claudia was a friendly host and it was enjoyable chatting with the other guests over breakfast. When I looked at some of her book titles on my last day, I wished I could stay and have a chat about some of the books and topics!

Very cosy place. The owner was very kind and prepared every morning a delicious breakfast. The Village BB is close to the T line (train) to Boston.

The room was adorable and homey, staff were absolutely lovely and breakfast was fabulous.

We had a lovely time at the Village B&B,our hostess was great,friendly,knowledgeable about Boston and very helpful with directions to trains,a very short walk from house ,and where we wanted to be in the city.The house and gardens are beautiful and very comfortable,breakfast was delicious and plentyful,we made full use of the garden and the little village has lovely shops and eateries, cant fault anything .

Friendly and helpful host. Fabulous breakfast and great coffee. She grinds the beans! Charming home and walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby.
