Es dürfte mehr Licht im Bad haben:) generell für die Damen zum Schminken sehr dunkel.

The views were spectacular, the building was beautiful and the staff were warm and gracious. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Ample public spaces inside and out for relaxation. The vineyards and castle were beautiful. Recommended as a romantic getaway.

The room was small with very little room for suitcases. The lighting was limited - it would have been nice to have more lighting and lighting adjustment. It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom outside the shower. Directions from Booking.com on getting to the hotel from the train station were inadequate - they suggested getting off at Lugano train station and taking a short walk up the hill. The hotel is not within walking distance from Lugano train station and it would have been impossible to haul suitcases up the windy road to the hotel. The only way to get to the hotel from the train station is by car.

"Hotel de charme dans un lieu magnifique"

Le lieu est magnifique et la rénovation de l'hôtel de grande qualité

vu le standing de l'hôtel, on pourrait s'attendre à un peu plus d'équipement en chambre : miroir pour le maquillage, cafetière certes il y a les salons avec offres de boissons et collations
