Royal JJ Ubud Resort & Spa

Staff were very helpful,stayed there for tow night they helped us for the scooty rental and late check out well.Very nice and comfortable stay.

Sehr nettes Personal und schöne große Zimmer. Der Pool war toll und man kann viel von dem Hotel aus unternehmen…

Die Häuser sind etwas hellhörig (man hört abends oft Musik) und das Bad war nicht ganz das neuste… aber für den Preis trotzdem sehr in Ordnung.

De l’extérieur c’est beau

Loin du centre - c’est joli de l’extérieur mais il ne faut absolument aucun voisin autour. J’entendais mes voisins allez aux toilettes, refermer leur valise, j’avais l’impression de dormir avec mes voisins. Après n’avoir dormi que 2h malgré les boules quies, j’ai demandé à annuler mes jours suivants de réservation suite à ce problème de voisinage. Refus de l’hôtel. Pas de compréhension de la part de l’équipe lorsque j’ai parlé du problème. Je ne recommande pas.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the resort is located near Ubud, but in the middle of nature, the staff was always available and friendly and the breakfast location is lovely.

We could perfectly hear anything the people upstairs said, even if whispering. The toilet in the room had a few spiderwebs (but the room in general was clean, and they offered us a quick cleaning almost daily) and was quite dark.
