It is a good location with a nice view from the living room. You can hang your hammock at the balcony. Maybe one day there will be also a hook on a top terace? It is huge, waiting for using! Comfortable beds.

As you see in the opinions some things didnt work even bofore. We had the same problem with a terrible smell from one of the bathrooms. The owner didnt want to fix it, claiming it is normal. Suggesting that we... should not use that part of the apartment... Whatever we asked for to be fixed (ex. locks to bathroom and bedroom were spoiled, lights etc) he rejected. Even asking where can we buy a card for Titsa... When he noticed that we complained to Booking and got some refund, he started to be very unkind, sending lot of offences. I wish him all the best. I believe If he is happy one day, he will stop treating others that way... Maybe the price is so good to attract people without expectations? That is true - if you dont complain and accept some failures, this place might be great for you! Unfortunately neighbours smoke a lot of cigarattes.

Location is good.

Still no table and chairs on the roof terrace, despite sending messages to ask for one. Big roof terrace that you cannot make full use of, you can’t sit up there at a table to eat or socialise. Drains in the en-suite had an aroma.

The location of the apartment out of the main tourist area is good, nice and quiet in this suburb. The bus stop is nearby. the local town centre provided enough local places to eat and drink.

The drains in the on suite bathroom had an odour that spread into the main bedroom. Even after a couple of days using the bathroom, the odour persisted. We had to purchase air fresheners to combat the smell. The main glass dining table is very instable and rocks very easily when in use. Not ideal for families. There was no kettle to boil water for hot drinks, we had to use a pan and boil water on the cooker top all week. The lights in both the bathrooms require maintenance to rectify problems we noticed. The worktop edge, behind the cooker top was missing an edge trim, this could be rectified easily. There was no table and chairs on the top floor sun terrace to sit out and eat at. I think this is an essential item as families and couples go to Tenerife to sit in the sun. There were no Oven gloves to remove cooked food from the oven, not ideal really. Overall, a good location and a relaxing holiday, but the apartment requires some maintenance to bring it up to the standard that is expected from a rental property that is not that old.
