Property is good nice and clean

They didn’t provide any drinking water. When I was leaving the property, I asked reception about it and was told there was no water available. The staff member said I could drink water from the bathroom sink because the hotel only provides an empty jug. I found that quite inappropriate, as I don’t feel comfortable drinking water from a bathroom sink. On top of that, when I asked about the water, the staff member replied, “Is this your first time staying at a hotel in New Zealand?” which came across as rude and disrespectful. I have travelled to places like Dubai, Bali, and India, and I have also stayed at many hotels across New Zealand, but I have never been treated this way before. Most places make guests feel welcome and comfortable, which is why this experience was disappointing. Because of this experience, I don’t think I will be booking with Ramada again.
