Do apto em si, muito bom e bonito, encontramos super limpo também, tudo novo bem arrumado, confortável, agradável. Áreas extras também legais.

Estacionamento mal planejado com poucos espaços para locomoções e manobras, atendimento presencial pode ser mais frequente.
