We say here every year for our annual trip to Salem and the location is perfect. The staff is always very welcoming. Renee checked us in and was very friendly and helpful! We look forward to our stay every year!

The prices have gone up a bit much in my opinion. $420 a night is a lot.

I loved the location and the fact that they had a Starbucks right on property was fantastic.

The only thing I didn’t really like was the water pressure. The toilets didn’t flush well and the shower was very weak.

place needs cosmetic work. bed sounded like it was on metal. pool looked dirty. carpeting looks old and dirty. i paid extra for early check in (12 noon to 1 pm) no rooms available until 3 and there was only one room ready. for the money i paid (over 300 for one night) i would expect alot more.

Staff was helpful when we needed extra linens for sofa bed

The deluxe king we had was poor - just an extra large space with a bed and old sofa bed. Bathroom was small. Carpet seemed old.

They accommodated a last minute request that I had as far as changing my King room to a Double. My dinner in the downstairs restaurant and my breakfast was delicious!

The tv was acting wonky, the clock wasn't working and there was one staff member who was very unpleasant.
