Everything was fresh & clean. We were within minutes of multiple functions that we were there to attend.

We had an issue with the toilet flushing shortly after arrival. It took 1 1/2 hour and a 2nd phone call to have someone come to the room. We were told that they would switch us to another room if they couldn’t resolve problem. It was resolved. The next morning, they checked back to be sure there were no additional issues. There weren’t any more problems with the toilet.

It's a new hotel, firstly. So, yes, it was clean. But plans for building hotels need to be updated. Lots of heavy doors, and curtains, etc., but you can still hear everything out there in the hall, and next door. Impractical bathroom shower design that led to water on floor; toilet was kindergarten-size. Put in a magnifying makeup mirror, and get rid of the ironing board, come on, it's 2025! Rude manageress kicked it off, saying that we would be charged for 'incidentals', upping the price by $60, directly against what Booking.com stated; I found out later it was a deposit for stealing and/or damage. Can you imagine? Yes, you can. A SUITE is a room with another room with a door that can be shut; this was not the case here--just one big long room with an old-timey uncomfortable sleeper sofa at one end and big bed at the other. Check out the new modern sleeper sofas at costco--sooo much more comfortable. However, that adds to the main impression I got from the whole place: the charges were way high for the scrimping they put on the customers. Breakfast was a perfect example. ONE person ran the whole room, so he was back there using his industrial-size microwave to keep the vats of limp sausages, watery eggs and pasty gravy with dry biscuits full. Coffee was undrinkable, but I think they buy it at the same place they get their cheap, scratchy toilet paper. I felt stiffed, and disrespected, and cheated, and I'm a HIlton Honors member!

Great location. Easy to get in and out as needed. Close to everything I needed. Very clean facility and it’s pretty inside and out. It’s always a thing with me that if you have carpet in the hall to make sure it’s clean and theirs ways and it didn’t smell. Had no trouble with parking.

Spouse had a hard time sleeping on the pillows.

room was very clean, bed is super hard & stiff, however it was a decent stay breakfast was fair. Not bad

the hard bed & the fact that it’s off the freeway so your hearing cars etc through night while trying to sleep.

Clean and the staff was very friendly.
