Everything was perfect, the staff were kind and polite, the breakfast was very delicious, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-equipped with comfortable beds.

What particularly stood out was that the attendant at breakfast was sharply dressed and very accommodating. She really shined and made it more than a typical breakfast buffet. I enjoyed talking with her. While it wasn't a fresh-prepared breakfast, there were plenty of choices to suit all tastes and the presentation made it all very appetizing.The space is very attractive, well-stocked and replenished. The silver serving pieces were gleaming and that added a fine touch. The room was simple, modern and clean with comfortable bedding and thick towels. I liked having many hooks to hang things up in the room for our short stay. The room was pretty sound proof considering the proximity to the highway. The location provides easy on and off access from the highway, as well as an upscale shopping/dining area.

The coffee wasn't as rich as we like.

Beautiful remodeled rooms, clean, comfortable. Dog friendly! Easy path over a creek to walk the dog in the morning. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff! Quiet, even though it’s near a highway.

Can’t sign into Netflix or Amazon prime, but I was told they are changing that soon.

My husband booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. He has ambassador status. We checked in on Monday and our rooms were ready and it was 2:00 The hotel and rooms are very clean. I asked to have housekeeping every day and they did. Breakfast was perfect. Though we wished the waffle maker was working. We went to Salem and Boston, the hotel is a perfect distance to both it took 20 minutes. We were suppose to check out on Saturday but we got done with everything we wanted to do on Friday late afternoon. We checked out and did not care if we were getting charged but the guy was nice enough to just give us a late check out and reimbursed us for the night. The hotel is close to a nice shopping center with lots of shopping and dining.

Staff was on point and excellent just like was mentioned in the other comments. Breakfast was great and the staff that presented and hosted the breakfast every morning really cared about cleanliness and preesentation. Had a various amount of things offered for most morning pallettes Id say. Hot oatmeal, buffet style eggs, real bacon and sausage. potatos. whats not to like and the coffee had real cream and plenty of space to make however you wanted. the set up was perfect. Grounds were kept nice, had a designated smoking area which was nice for smokers or non smokers and was far aenough away where it didnt distract from the property. Room was nice, basic but biggest complaint was we switched from doubles to a king size and had ajoining room. People on other side up until 11pm were loud and there wasnt a whole lot of noise reduction in those rooms or under the door. Doors slam shut all night down the hall which was noisy and hard to sleep, they need slow close on all those doors. that was ridiculous. but besides that, everything was good. wish the TV swiveled out on a mount more, refrigerators werent colld, probably saving money by keeping them under room temp to slightly cold, and the window shades leave about 8 inches of space so in morning the light comes beaming in, 630 am feels like 9 a.m. Now, lets move on. Front desk staff was super nice, attentive...helpful with directions and familiar with area for finding restaurants etc. Love the ability to get drinks from their vending fridge up there and charge it right to room. kudos, Didnt use the gym so i cant comment but that looked nice. Ok, so place was Ok, laundry on site, but didnt use it,,,, but after all that...id have to say the worst part of this place and one of the things i pay for besides a nice comfy bed and pillows which were alos great, sleept most nights like a baby till the sun streamed in was 3 times ran out of hot water, 3 cold showers....my wife and i both couldnt believe it. And that was that..!

need consistent hot water in shower. intermittent to say the least. colder fridge temp. TV against wall should swivel. Loud adjacent room door. Doors slam all night. No pool??

SAME MENU OBSERVED EVERYDAY, SEVEN DAYS " SEVEN DIFFERENT MENU" REQUIRED. PL KEEP :INDIA" CHINESE, " GULF COUNTRIES" MENUES NEED TO KEEP. I CAN'T APPRECIATE YOUR FOOD MENU SINCE THERE WAS NO VARIEY IN BREAKFAST. KEEP " FALAFAL"
