Hotel Lorelei Londres

The hotel location is excellent and rooms are very spacious and above all staff is very courtegous and polite ..especially Valentino and Geogre were very helpful .They will come in the evening asking about room cleaning or fresh towels .

La habitación es espectacular! Despertar con la vista al mar desde su pequeño balcón!! Se siente el espíritu de la Costa amalfitana!! El hotel tiene un restaurant espectacular!! Posee servicio de ballet parking. Muy buen desayuno

the view was fantastic and breakfast on the patio was great. Breakfast was good but could do with more selection for us rather than asking the waiter. The reception staff were excellent and anything you wanted they supported you well. Get the room with a view, you can just sit there all morning and watch. Sorrento has tons of good restaurants 5-10 mins walk with plenty of places to see and browse.

The restaurant was a Michelin star which was great but certain tables you could not sit at as they were reserved for the restaurant(confusing when you want to sit on the patio). So getting food was only breakfast downstairs or in your room or at the Michelin star restaurant. Taxi ride to the port 25 euros as my daughter was on crutches. There is a lift in the port 2 euros and is 10 mins from the hotel.

The Lorelei Londres is a hotel that will meet your every expectation and more. The hotel is beautiful, and spotless along with a very friendly and accommodating staff. All of our pre-booking emails were answered promptly and thoroughly. They arranged all of our transportation and we were more than satisfied with every driver. The daily breakfast is a sit-down menu, not the usual buffet. The breakfast room is very modern with a terrace which would have been wonderful in warmer weather. We were greeted daily by Valentina, who oversees the room and provided excellent service (along with tech support for us older guests)!! She was assisted on some days by Elda, and another server (did not get name) who also were both accommodating. The front desk is staffed by a fantastic array of employees, Luana, Maria, Giuseppe, Daniele, who each went out of their way to give suggestions and directions when asked. The gentleman who was on night duty (didn't get his name as we left very early) was also very pleasant. Can't forget to mention the cleaning staff "dynamic duo" who kept the room immaculate and always were so cheerful and kind whenever we met them in the hallway. All of the supplies were always replenished without asking. Our experience at the Lorelei was one of the best we've experienced in our travels throughout Italy and we sincerely hope we can return in the near future.

I cannot state strongly enough the extremely high quality of service at this hotel. The owners of this hotel are so lucky to have the very hard working Maria. Elba made us feel incredibly special every time we saw her smiling face. The entire staff is very well chosen. Our room was a very nice space. The sea view was amazing. We cannot wait to return next Sept- Oct. Gracie mille💕

The hotel staff was amazing from the first minute we checked in. We mentioned it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne for us. We were very touched. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to order entree as well. The views from the hotel were so amazing! All and all one of the nicest hotels we'd ever stayed in.
