"Not a good experience in a Hilton property"

I booked multiple rooms at Homewood Suites in Harlingen, Texas for a long-term work stay (over $12,000 spent), and the experience was extremely disappointing. We went more than a week without hot water, and the only compensation offered was 11,000 points — not even enough for one night. Several rooms had issues like leaking sinks, moldy smells, and one room without working AC, which forced my employees to move rooms multiple times. I even had to leave and stay elsewhere for two nights due to the hot water issue, and no assistance or accommodation was offered. On top of that, my reservation was incorrectly marked as a no-show after I had already checked in online, causing more issues for my team. For the amount of time and money spent, the service and follow-up from the staff was unacceptable. I’ve been loyal to Hilton for years, but this stay at Homewood Suites Harlingen has made me seriously reconsider that loyalty.
