"Totally disappointed with customer service,"

The physical aspects of the hotel were excellent.

The staff in general were rude,unhelpful,never responding to requests (could never recommend your hotel to anyone0. No point in contacting me) I am a seasoned traveller and am not demanding, I don't understand how things could be so far off the rails) I have already responded in full, Could you please insure no further surveys are sent.

"Amazing location"

The hotel is fantastically located for easy access to Auckland’s harbour, restaurants, bars, shops and ferry to Waiheke island and boat trips. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. We’ve been here twice and it’s our go to place when visiting family in Auckland. Can’t fault it for service, comfort and location. We will definitely come back again.

"City views without the family feel"

A great view of the city and harbour, very lively on the weekend you can hear the city noises when you step onto the patio and then have peace and quiet when you relax in your room. This is suited for a more professional stay highlighted by the decor, ambience and design of the hotel however this is not somewhere I would bring my family or children as it felt like a large corporate space with no personality.
