Rooms were too small, lacked amenities of other boutique hotels

The staff was wonderful. Huge shoutout for the fresh breakfast everyday. They did their best to keep us comfortable.

The only thing that was an issue for me was that the shower used to fill up to our ankles. This used to bother me a bit.

Location was great! No noise and very near many areas such as Roma Norte and Condesa.

The room is tastefully decorated. The bed is incredibly comfortable.

For the price you would expect air conditioning, had to sleep with the window open. Could not get a restful sleep due to street and guest noise. Also the shower has minimal water pressure.

The hotel was lovely, beautifully decorated - it was a vibe. Breakfast included a fruit plate, eggs done many ways, waffles, bagel, croissant - all delicious. The location was perfect - just a couple blocks to the main avenue Reforma, and walking distance to Roma Norte and Condessa.

My one complaint would be where our room was located. We were put in room #3 which was located near the kitchen on the ground floor near the road. The noise wasn't terrible but if you are a light sleeper the traffic and staff arriving in the morning to prep for breakfast will wake you up.
