We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The staff truly stand out — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast was good. The cappuccino was excellent! Also, the staff was really nice. Julian really went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He cleaned our room late in the evening when we noticed we had not asked to be cleaned. In addition, Julian had breakfast early for us on the day we checked out. If not for Julian, we would definitely rate Casa Emilia much lower .....he truly is a gem and keeper at Casa Emilia.

I did not like the location and size of our room. We were given room 1 which my husband and I found to be very small with poor lighting. In addition, I felt like we were in a cave since our room faced the entrance and we were unable to open the curtains due to lack of privacy.

Once we arrived, every single detail was outstanding. The staff were excellent, breakfast was divine and the whole ambience was magic.

My ONLY complaint is that I had sent numerous emails and left messages for weeks beforehand to see if we could arrange for an airport pickup. The Uber was fine but I was hesitant to ket him leave as we had had no correspondence from Casa Emilia and the place has no lights, no sign, nada. Had I hears from them I wouldn’t have thought twice. At any rate, we were warmly greeted within seconds and the rest of the visit was superb!

El alojamiento se sentía como una cabaña acogedora en medio del bosque; era muy lindo y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. El personal también fue muy amable y el desayuno estuvo excelente. Me voy con la sensación cálida de haberme quedado cómodamente en una casa familiar. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Todo, el hotel es pequeño y muy bonito, la decoración está muy cuidada y el desayuno muy completo y muy rico. La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño y el baño es amplio. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de muchísimos restaurantes y a nada del Angel andando
