Positive aspects include the good location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, as well as the pools on the property and a balcony with a nice ocean view.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights. Unfortunately, the photos do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In reality, the apartment needs renovation and was very dusty. The bed and mattress were in very poor condition, with sagging and an uneven mattress, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable, especially during the first few nights. The bed linen and towels were very old and had an unpleasant smell, so we had to buy our own towels. Considering the high price of around €2,000 for 9 nights, it was disappointing that even basic items such as soap were not provided. We did not use the second bedroom at all, as it felt uncomfortable and the bed was very noisy and also in need of replacement.

The view from the balcony is amazing! And the balcony is quite spacious with a lot of privacy as well, so we really enjoyed and spent most of our time on the balcony

Помешкання відповіло нашим очікуванням: розташування неподалік набережної та магазинів, поряд є кілька парковок для авто (щоправда, в певний час доби вони бувають зайняті, але періодично хтось звільняє своє місце), доволі просторе приміщення, кухня обладнана всім необхідним, велика ванна кімната з пральною машиною, і як бонус - велика терраса з виглядом на море та вечірні зорі на які можна дивитися не лише сидячи, але й лежачи на дивані. Звідти видно і басейн житлового комлексу Орландо, але ми до нього так і не ходили, втішалися подорожами островом та Океаном на пляжі Фаньябе.

Location allowed us to have easy access to everything that we required be it morning. day or night activities. Apartment and complex were spotless and the availability of the lift was very useful, all the staff we encountered were both polite and helpful.

The only negative was that building work commenced above us on our second last day and I was hit by small bits of debris that fell onto our balcony, a warning beforehand would have been useful, we accept progress must be allowed to happen but in the interest of safety it would have been preferable to screen the apartment being worked on to minimize any risk of danger or injury

Il residence è bello piscine pulite, servizio bar accogliente ed efficiente, ottima posizione, vicino ai servizi, alla spiaggia ed alle vie principali

Appartamento sovrarredato con mobili di 2 o terza mano,non pulito al massimo... Ma quello che ci ha lasciati basiti era la polvere nelle ventole dei lampadari, la muffa nella doccia e la condizione INDECENTE e pericolosa per le vie respiratorie dello split del condizionatore, pieno di polvere e nero dalla muffa,abbiamo deciso di non utilizzarlo per non respirare schifezze e rischiare di prenderci qualche virus, soprattutto perché avevamo anche 2 bambini
