Ryokan Plum

We loved this place so much ! We had the big family room, the beds were very comfortable, so many things were provided. The staff has been really helpful and lovely. You have tea, coffee for free, you can use the kitchen too. Our bedroom was really beautiful. We highly recommend !

Perfect for our family of 3. Our 13 year old son slept on the sofa bed- all linen was provided. The ryokan is an easy walk from the train station and even closer to a large number of restaurants and cafes. The bed was super comfortable with crisp clean white sheets and every little detail has been thought of- towels, amenities, tea and coffee, and a simple system that allows guests to self reserve a time slot to use the shared bathroom. Riki was super professional and helpful and her communication in English was excellent.

La nostra prima volta in un ryokan. L'ambiente era molto affascinante e arredato con stile. Le ragazze della reception gentilissime, ci hanno spiegato tutto nel dettaglio e si sono anche offerte di prenotare per noi il ristorante per la cena. A disposizione caffè e tè.

Il bagno (toilet) riservato alla nostra camera è da ristrutturare e un po' freddo. Gli altri bagni della struttura erano invece rinnovati.

Super nice manager who helped us retrieve lost items from the JR train. The place is super clean, and easy to get to from Odwara station. We stayed in a room that fit three people. It had a queen-size bed and sofa bed. They provided pajamas and also toiletries. It was spacious. It was nice to have a kitchen, and the shared bathroom was never an issue for us! There is also a super cute cat outside. For the price, it was totally worth it. We stayed in the area to visit Hakone, it is easy to get to the station.

Because it is shared, keep in mind the noise during certain hours. This is understandable!

Rien tout était parfait

C'étair un 10/10 pour nous, le personnel était gentil, la chambre très mignonne et tout était très propre. Ils proposenr des sidre locaux qui étaient très bons. C'est une petite ville Odawara mais c'est un bon emplacement entre la gare et les différents lieux à visiter qui sont proches.
