The check-in process was chaotic. The staff couldn't find our booking initially, after they found it and we checked in, we had to wait for our room to be ready. Waiting was fine, but after waiting for half an hour, they were confused as to whether we were checked in or not. There was a J&J event that day, and the staff couldn't handle the crowd efficiently.
