It felt like home

Very nice modern boutique hotel. Webbloggers will love this place: excellent fast internet. Two elevators and a cafe with good ($$) food. The room is nice and bathroom is immaculate. Sat TV, wifi; no kettle or refridgerator. Great staff.

I stayed at the Griffin for 5 days (4 nights) from the end of October to the beginning of November. Staff is incredible. Everything you ask for is done right away. Always happy to see you and always checking if you need anything. The room was clean, simple and just like I like it. For this price and this level of service this hotel is the top in my opinion for Cebu City. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.

周りの環境さえよければいいホテル。現状でも、ジョリビーもバッチョイやさんも近くて食べ物には困りません。ホテルにもあります。

it was amazing. Brand new hotel, great stuff, so nice and clean. What ever u ask, will be suit in minutes. Thats the best for center Cebu, hope come visit again soon

Room is good if they can add coffe in the room an small fridge would be wonderful

The staff are very nice and attends to issues/request promptly. Disappointing as there were no ammenities provided. 3x, I have to request to unblock the toilet. Room is quite small.

The helpful staff, and the hotel is beautifully designed throughout.

The overall experience was fantastic. But on our departure the desk clerk said she could not work the credit card machine so she said we had to pay in cash. I was a little upset. On top of that the porter didn't even ask if he could help with our bags. I have to use a cane for walking and help would have been appreciated. During our stay the bright light in all this was the porter Arial. He went out of his way to make sure everything went well for us and even gave some great shopping hints. It's a shame that the overnight staff on the morning of the 22nd of September did not provide good service.
