I liked the location. Close to lots of stores, mainly the Air Force base location it was close too.

Rooms dirty, bathrooms dirty, blinds are all broken and hardly can raise them up. They looked like trash

We stayed at San Antonio Home2 Suites off Ingram Rd. It was mostly good and clean except the bathroom smelled bad and the microwave quit working. The best part was breakfast and especially Rosa in the waffle and pancake area who made the whole experience feel like home. We stayed for a week.

Room was clean and adequate. But what really deserves to be applauded is Rosa. She is the hostess in for the breakfast time. She could not have been any kinder. She was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to help us. Such a sweet loving eoman, and I will remember her kindness to us. She truly has a servants heart.

Location was ok

Place smelled of marajuana even on the staff. Roaches in room bathroom had mold in the shower very loud could here neighbors tvs and footsteps

The property was clean and you always see someone cleaning on a regular basis. That being said the pool could use a little more attention.

I like the breakfast and they offered something different each day, the time ended a bit early for someone that is on vacation and wanted to sleep in a bit

First thing they don’t tell you until check in is it cost $5 day to park. I checked in on Monday night and Thursday morning still had trash from Monday night in my room, nobody had entered to even check the room, very unsanitary. I told the front desk and they acted like it was my problem, not satisfied compared to other hotels in the area.
