Sheraton Denarau Villas

Staff were awesome. Friendly, helpful, kind. The 2brm villa was lovely.

There’s a stagnant pond out the back of the villas that brings lots of mosquitoes!

The room sizes were awesome and the Seafood night was a delight ( I think it was a Saturday) Likewise the breakfast was good Service was exceptional Special mention to Adi at breakfast who when she saw me with unfinished coffee offered Masala Chai (Chai was below par sorry) Mosese was good also at front with his team . My phone with money untouched was found in my Car and retrieved Good work fellows

Washing machine water was not turned on with caused a headache We has cold showers every day I did not want to be a male Karen so did not lodge a complaint about lack of sufficient hot water There is renovation going on so I was tolerant

The pools were beautiful. Location views and food were great. Staff lovely

The property is under renovation. We were put in a room right next to where the construction work was happening. We had construction workers walking across our roof and outside my mothers bedroom window which made her uncomfortable. She could also not sleep late because of this. We want to come back to Fiji as we loved it and the resort however putting us in a room next to a construction site is not good at all for 5 star prices

When writing questions to the hotel about transfer answer came after arrival. Answer took 2 days.

We booked a two bedroom Villa and it was sensational

Very crowded around main pool.

The room was leaking in 3 places. Our clothes were wet and we weren't moved to another room.
