The spa was closed the entire stay. The hotel smelled strongly of chemicals which we both developed headaches from.

The hot tub/spa was not working for the duration of my stay, but was the reason I booked my stay. They did not announce that the spa was closed on any of their amenities /information listing.

The breakfast was not my favorite. For a hot breakfast, few choices. Loved having a kitchen that I could heat and make my own oats, etc. The best part was the room was spacious, having the couch and being able to have our own food. Also having the laundry readily available.

Convenient and clean

Outside and inside was clean and the room was big.

Check in time was at 3:00pm We got there a little after 3:00 our room was not ready and had to wait until after 4:00pm to get to the room. At 3:00am a woman started screaming in the halls. After a hour of on and off yelling we could hear a staff member telling her to settle down and stop yelling. She did the about 30 minutes later started yelling again for a good hour this went on. In the morning when we told the person at the front counter that our night was not good and someone was yelling for two hour. That front desk person wanted to argue with us saying the woman only yelled for 20 minutes. But she wasn’t there. Then the front desk person said I was going to call your room and offer a late check out since we did not have your room ready and had to wait a hour to get your room but I didn’t. Why didn’t you? Not at one time did anyone apologize for the bad experience.
