Room was big! Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was awful! Very unorganized, which made the line insane. There's nothing next to the hotel, but that's not always a bad thing. party was happening at 10 at night, and when you call down, no one picks up!

This was my family's 3rd time staying at this Hotel. It has become are go too while in Rochester. Its clean and well maintained. The staff is great. This trip would hve been a five star experience if not for one employee not doing their job. They were in charge of breakfast are second day. This person didnt put more food out after 8am when breakfast is served till 10am. Their was a dozen or more people with slim pickings half way through breakfast hours. People complained as we were finishing.
