"Disappointing you do not matter here"

We have been a customer of this hotel since it opened, prior to today all our experiences have been wonderful, until today. We specifically booked a non access room. Showed up at noon asked to be called when room was ready. No call. Show 3pm to be told only room left was accessible room. wtf we checked in at noon!!!! Asked for a call no call ! The to be told only room left is handicap room. Never ever coming back here again

Eggs nicely done.

The hot water had a taste of coffee to it. Not sure why. Im a tea drinker and don't care for coffee. I did have trouble opening my door each time. When I'd touch the card to the area it didn't open right away. I had to try it several times. Maybe I wasn't sure how to do it.
