Allison and William were amazing! We attended a conference here and they were attentive to all guest and went over and above with a smile to make the entire evening amazing! They seemed to enjoy their job, knew the drinks and menu, and were amazing all around!

I stayed two nights with my two kids. The room was meticulously clean and we found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great size and were clean and functional. There were always plenty of pool towels available. The game room was a nice bonus. We ordered food from The Hub once and we were very happy with the taste and quality of the food and how thoughtfully and carefully it was packed. All the staff we encountered without exception were kind and friendly. We would absolutely choose the Sheraton again in future trips to Madison.

"Home away from home."

Well my day was a bit busy and I was tired from the work week but when I stepped into the doors I was greeted with a warm, and gentle smile. I was shown a seat at The Hub. I was given a menu and took the seat. It was unusually quiet for the day at the Hub but I found the most wonderful and genuine person I had seen on a while. His name is Will and he works the bar but he not only tends to it but to the people as well. This may go over your head in saying this but trust me when I say he has a different way of carrying himself and it’s just a freeing feeling to have someone like that around. It was a conversation that just flows naturally and carried itself the way a great conversation should. I traveled for work but would make the trip back just to come see Will again. Dear Will, You have shown me the dignity of being a good person and someone I could easily call friend. Your warm embrace will carry me home and continue to make me feel like I was home away from home. Thank you for being YOU! May God be good to you my friend.
