Loved it. All clean

Grosse Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Küche mit großem Kühl und Gefrierfach. Sehr viel Ablagepaltz im Zimmer, viele Schränke auch im Bad. Wir hatten mit drei Personen sogar noch Platz in den Schränken für einen 2wöchigen Aufenthalt und auch grosse Koffer konnten super verstaut werden. Ausstattung insgesamt neu und gut durchdacht. Lage ist perfekt, es gibt immer Parkplätze. Personal ist sehr freundlich

Frühstück wird auf Dauer etwas einfältig, Reinigung hat fast nie verstanden, dass wr zu dritt sind und wir mussten immer Handtücher extra holen und Klopapier war auch oft nicht aufgefüllt. Einmal wurde komplett vergessen zu reinigen, keine neuen Handtücher, nur Abfall geleert und Handtücher entfernt. Nicht dramatisch aber sollte trotzdem geprüft werden. Die Nachtschicht an der Rezeption hat das zwar entgegengenommen aber nicht nachbessern lassen. Das ist aber wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es waren wirklich immer alle unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Familie in der Nähe und werden sicher wieder kommen

This is our favorite hotel in the area. We typically get down that way once or twice a year and always look forward to our stay at Home2 Suites. The staff is top notch, always friendly, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean and it’s a great value.

Nothing

Staff was amazing, we didn't get to our room until about midnight and the room had an awful smell to it. But we were too tired and just needed to get to bed. The staff did apologize in the morning for the smell, but said because we booked through Expedia, they could not refund the points used to book our room

Breakfast was hot and fresh, offered more than a continental breakfast, coffee good for a hotel. Our room only had 2 towels initially, so we had to ask for more. There was only one person on staff at the front office in the evening, and we had to wait a long time when he was away.

Clean and good location

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear everything from rooms on both sides and above. The walls are very thin. Plus the refrigerator was loud. We did not sleep for the two nights we were there. I used to travel for work and stayed at hotels probably 50 times a year for 30 years and this was the worst ever. Breakfast was not good. Three years ago the eggs were made to order. Now everything was premade. Selection was poor. Hotel did seem very clean.

First time stayed here during one of our regular visits to Dayton. I can say, I am ok not to stay here again. Here is why… Check in: staff was friendly and efficient, it is a one man show from housekeeping request to front desk, might be due to they only offer housekeeping service every other day. Room & Cleanliness: tight, definitely not enough room to move around if the sofa bed is pull out to use. Walking space around the bed is bare minimum. And the biggest one that got to us is the smell of the room. My daughter describe it as old socks and moldy. Mattress is thin, not supportive. Blanket cover had stains on it. There are hair and other dirty things on the sofa bed sheet. Not enough towels in the room, had to request more. Hair conditioner bottle was not working, pump couldn’t screw open. Value: not really a cheap stay or deal , hence even more so disappointed. Location: very convenient, close to restaurants, shopping and more. Less than 15min to the Air force base. Parking: no shortage, easy to find. Did not have the breakfast there, so cannot comment on it.
