"My room staff that attended to me were wonderful"

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

I requested earlier check in and I was told it was only for members but staff did not offer to tell how to become a member. I would have like to be offered opportunity.

Easy to get to airport! The room was comfortable but definitely showed it's age. The on-site restaurant was very good. Lovely staff.

It is a bit dated, and there were a couple of things in the room that needed replacing. Windows needed a good wash!

they didnt offer me a breakfast or coffee i had to pay for it!!!!!!! that was the only problem i had. you think you pay that much for a room you get a cup of coffee and some toast at least

"Tub didn’t drain"

While taking a shower, the tub filled up and did not drain. Even after the shower,?pulling the plug up did not resolve the issue.
