Clean,nice guy he done what he could to get a room that (a/c) worked

Ppl walking in the hall 90% of the nite and slamming doors and knocking on doors

The staff is really nice and helpful.

When I booked this room, I had no idea the hotel was undergoing renovations, and I wish it had been noted prior to booking. There was all kinds of noise outside my room that staying and sleeping was not possible. Pretty disappointed.

Broken boarded up windows, curtains ripped. No towels in bathroom. Filthy. Rude staff. Felt very unsafe. Only stayed one night then went elsewhere.

The pictures are not like the hotel. It seemed like most things were damaged or stolen. No phone, no fridge, no lamp shades, shower curtain rod was completely broken, desk was missing drawers, no cable or anything on the tv. Ect.... Went down to tell them about the cable and was told someone would come with one and no one showed up. Went down later for toilet paper and towels waiting and walking around for 20 minutes i gave up. Watch out for the mattresses too. The springs are sticking out and one scratched my daughter. We slept and woke up and left, we did not want to stay any longer. 0/5

Yes I arrived and I was told to view two separate rooms both terribly dirty no clean blankets or pillows and wasn’t able to receive any refund ?

Dirty half built criminals all over! I did t stay and he told me if i didnt check in i wldnt be charged!

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for a number of reasons. Should have walked away when we walked in and there were "No Drugs Allowed" signs everywhere but I had already paid so we stayed the night. The place is infested with drug addicts. There was a lady literally smoking in the hallway. It's dirty, there was a mini fridge on top of a broken mini fridge, curtains had burn holes, the door didn't lock properly, there was 1 "full" size towel in the room and when my wife asked for more the lady at the front said "I don't think we have any, people take them and do all kinds of things with them and we don't get them back but I'll check" and then we never got another towel. Then the icing on the cake was being woke up at 7am to what sounded like gunshots but turned out to be a lady trying to beat down the door with a hammer next door to fight her baby daddy's new girlfriend. When she couldn't get in that way she went around back and threw 3 rocks, a brick, and the hammer at the sliding glass door. She was so drugged out she missed all of them. Then when I tried to call the office to report it they never even answered the phone. We booked 2 nights but we checked out after that. It smells like weed and dog pee. This place should be shut down and torn down. Unless you're a drug addict yourself you should probably stay as far away from this place as you can. Only positive takeaway was an absolutely ridiculous story to tell.

I had a reservation but when I arrived to check in they told me they’ve booked all the rooms. We took a walk to see if one room was possibly available but it was dirty so it wasn’t available. During the walk I almost threw up from how bad it smelled. There were big trash bins full of garbage to the point it spilled everywhere on the floor. This place looked like a homeless shelter.
