Ntoma House

Ntoma house was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay. It was my Moms 60th birthday celebration and we wanted somewhere special to celebrate it and Ntoma house was the best choice. The place was very clean, and everything was well organised. The location was amazing; we took a drive around the estate to view the wildlife. Breath taking views. The experience was worth the money.

Een prachtig huis op een mooie locatie, een lekkere tuin eromheen. Zeker ook voor meerdere stelletjes een aanrader.

Dat er geen wasmachine was.

Het was erg jammer dat er geen persoonlijke incheck was hierdoor was het voor ons even zoeken hoe alles werkte. Hierdoor waren we ook niet op de hoogte van het feit dat de handdoeken die we netjes in de wasmand hadden gelegd eruit zouden worden gehaald door de schoonmaak om vervolgens weer vies op ons bed te worden gelegd. Ook waren er problemen met het fornuis, douchekop en sleutel en het contact hierover verliep via whatsapp. De wifi is slecht. En de derde slaapkamer is enkel te bereiken via een trap buiten, de andere slaapkamers kunnen ook enkel via buiten worden bereikt. Dit is als gezin met jonge kinderen niet heel fijn.

Instructions from the property management company did not seem to align with property rules, seemed generic

The property was very clean, the service was excellent and everything about it was perfect.

Ntoma house is a nicely restored house at Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. We liked the decorations and of course the location at the estate. My kids loved the pool. We had a few issues and they were immediately addressed when I pointed them out. We loved the boma for cosy evenings.

They need to advertise the beds correctly. We expected to single beds as advertised, but there are none. It all looks a bit better in the photos than in real life. Especially the main bathroom needs some attention.
