Fui y al llegar me dijeron que yo no tenía habitación y les dije que si me habían descontado en mi targeta del banco y me dijeron que era problema de EXPIDIA que últimamente avía muchos problemas con esta aplicación😡😡😡😡

La habitación estaba con poco polvo, no tenía lo indispensable (jabón, toallas solo una para 2 personas, el colchón estaba unido, las almohadas ya hay que cambiarlas, la muchacha recepcionista que nos recibió muy amable pero la del segundo día no, aparte si yo rento el servicio de hotel por 2 días no tengo porque andar activando la tarjeta al otro día, creo que hay que cambiar ese método devque se desactiva la tarjeta al siguiente día, gracias

Hotel staff friendly and did their best to accommodate language difference. The room was FREEZING and no option to heat it, so I barely slept. No morning coffee available.
