Que la habitación tenga opción de cocinar. Personal de recepción, Cocina y Botones de dia muy amables. Fue agradable que haya pocas habitaciones. Aunque estuviera lleno. Felicidades

La entrada al estacionamiento, hay un arbol que dificulta la entrada. Hay que avisar con tiempo para sacar tu auto por el elevador, sin embargo aprovecharon muy bien el espacio para ofrecer resguardar el auto del huesped. Excelente

The location. The room. The comfortable bed. Very close to the Insergentes Metrobus, so it's convenient.

The bathroom in room 302 stank horribly. Sewer smell. We had to always close the bathroom door, and finally we're moved to another room per our request after day 2. Room 302 should not have been rented out to begin with, until the smell source had been removed.

Al hacer check in piden identificación de todos los acompañante del titular de la reservación, cosa que no está estipulado en sus políticas al reservar y que tampoco es algo usual que hagan los hoteles, lo cual hace lentísimo el registro. Normalmente basta con identificarse la persona bajo la que está la reservación. El estacionamiento cuesta $135 y debes avisar con 20 minutos de anticipación para que tengan listo el coche. La habitación carece de limpieza, los utensilios de cocina estaba sucios, al llegar la cama tenía pelos y los apagadores están asquerosos. Hay mejores opciones por ese precio.
