Fantastic property with great ambience and amenities. Meda was so helpful and supportive throughout the stay. The property was super clean and very well maintained. There is a private parking place and the area is very quiet. We absolutely loved out stay.

Very clean and spacious place , nice decoration and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The parking situation is also fabulous!

Shower is clean and great but a little low for anyone over 1.90m

Noale is a perfect location for visiting Vicenza, Padua, Chioggia, processco wine valleys and Venice. This is a very good apart/hotel. Quiet, secure and all facilities for independent stay.

I am not sure that our apartment was the one photographed when we were booking.

We used the lovely small town of Noale as our base for exploring the Venetia area. Our day trips included taking the train to Venice, wandering the Historic Center of Castelfranco Veneto, and driving through the beautiful Prosecco Hills. The property was secured by a gate and very quiet. The host was very accessible, flexible, and helpful with our questions. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath flat was very clean with modern bathrooms and nice amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc). The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast and snacks. We enjoyed the small green space outside of the french doors. All bedrooms were upstairs. The primary bedroom was large with motorized skylights and a large bathroom with jetted bathtub (but no shower). The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but of adequate size. Overall the decor is clean and crisp (white and light wood).

The kitchen had most of what we needed...after we found everything (glassware was next to the TV). A toaster would be appreciated. Due to the very different heights and awkward placement of the sofa and high table, our group of 5 adults used the high table for conversation. It would have been much more comfortable if traditional seating for 5 adults was available. At night, we used the bathroom in the primary bedroom as a "shared bathroom" so that guests in the other 2 bedrooms would not need to travel downstairs. The long hall of the large primary bedroom meant that our privacy was not compromised. Also, we are family so this was not a significant problem.

The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who helped us every step of the way. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out, help arrived within 10 minutes and rescued us from this predicament. The central location of the apartment in Noale, nestled between the main street of the old town and the castle, offered both comfort and tranquility. A small courtyard that doubles as a parking lot added to the apartment's charm, and a local osteria around the corner became a favorite restaurant. The visually appealing design of the apartment was noteworthy, although there were some ergonomic issues, such as a single electrical outlet in the kitchen/dining area (on an extension cord that was also used for the coffee maker and kettle). The convenient, accessible and free parking next to the apartment was a plus, although maneuvering through two gates could be a challenge for larger vehicles. The charge for pets is 10 euros per day per pet. The Wi-Fi, while generally fast enough for video calls, needed to be turned on and off occasionally.

As the hotel is on the second floor of an old building, ventilation was difficult and the presence of air fresheners indicated efforts to mask a musty odor. Clothes had to be washed thoroughly after our stay due to the lingering odor. A colony of ants in the kitchen was a constant problem that required careful handling of the items placed there. The sighting of two cockroaches in the bathroom during our six-day stay was a cause for concern. The discovery of a lot of dust and cobwebs with dead ants under the bed made it clear that there was a lack of cleanliness which detracted from the overall impression.
