Location

Lack of communication about issues impacting my room (no water for one of the days of my stay). I had to ask for clean linens upon arrival and also when I was moved to another room. Bedding is not changed between guests.

"Other than the sound of vehicles at night, we were please with room and facilities provided."

The location is nearby my training venue.

The room was not sound proof. We were able to hear the vehicle sound from the main road throughout the night.
